Definition of the Business Unit:
The Business Unit is an organizational entity within colleges, institutes, or deanships at King Saud University. It aims to provide consulting, research, and training services to various stakeholders inside and outside the university, within a framework that ensures service quality and revenue generation.
Scope of the Business Unit:
The unit oversees activities related to research, consulting, training, and educational services. It also organizes conferences, seminars, workshops, and forums within the college, in coordination with relevant university departments. Additionally, it undertakes other tasks that support the college’s financial revenue generation under the university’s regulations, in coordination with King Abdullah Institute for Research and Consulting Studies and other related stakeholders inside and outside the university.
Vision:
To become a pioneering model in providing academic, research, and training services while fostering collaboration with various sectors to achieve the university’s goals of sustainable development.
Mission:
To deliver high-quality and distinguished services that meet the needs of the academic community, government institutions, and private organizations, with a focus on performance quality and integration among various units and stakeholders.
Objectives:
