Scientific research is considered the foundation of progress, and the path to knowledge that supports development, economy, and societal advancement. By providing an active role for society, we affirm the importance of scientific research in addressing challenges and creating innovative solutions for tomorrow.

The Deanship aims to achieve integration in the fields of science, languages, culture, and knowledge, according to the aspirations of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 and the strategic directions of King Saud University and the Deanship of Scientific Research.

Through promoting a culture of cooperation, building bridges of communication, and encouraging interdisciplinary collaboration, we seek to extend beyond departments and faculties, reaching regional and international institutions. This strengthens the university’s position as a leading hub in education and scientific research, creating a spirit of excellence and innovation.

Additionally, by diversifying the Kingdom’s economy and achieving the objectives of Vision 2030, the Deanship aspires to align with the priorities of King Saud University in establishing a knowledge-based society through the development of postgraduate programs and the introduction of modern diplomas that match labor market needs.
