 Tasks:

• Motivate teaching assistants and lecturers to pursue scholarships to international universities for master’s and doctoral degrees.
  

• Follow up on their performance through academic reports and enhance communication mechanisms between the unit, the college, and the scholarship students
  

• Organize workshops and seminars on all topics related to scholarships.
  

• Organize workshops and seminars on modern teaching methods.
  

•  Implement college council decisions related to teaching assistants and scholarship students.
