Description:

The Academic Counselling Unit at the College of Language Sciences seeks to provide academic support and advice to students throughout their college studies, helping them achieve their educational goals.

Tasks:

• Setting,developing,and following up academic counselling policies with the educational counselling committees in the departments.

• Supervising the academic counseling process and following up on students' educational issues and needs.

• Following up cases of student academic failure and working to address them in coordination with His Excellency the Vice Dean for Academic Affairs and the relevant competent authorities in the university.

• Providing advice and counseling to students to develop their academic and achievement skills and abilities.

• Disseminating awareness messages and educational alerts directed to students through notice boards and social media.

• Holding seminars and courses necessary to raise the efficiency of students' academic awareness and achievement capabilities.
