Description:

The Exams Unit is affiliated to the Vice Deanship for Educational and Academic Affairs. It is responsible for organizing and coordinating the work of the exam committees in all college departments, receiving exam papers from other colleges, and reporting violations and cheating cases.

Objectives:

The Exams Unit aims to organize the mechanism for conducting exams in coordination with the departments and to supervise them generally.

Tasks:

• Activating the role of the Exam Unit in the college by introducing the unit, its tasks, and objectives.

• Developing an exam process plan at the beginning of every semester.

• Addressing room problems during exams and room reservations.

• Activating cooperation regarding the final exam schedule and room numbers between the Exams Unit and the Student Affairs Unit on the registration system and linking exam materials to the exam rooms.

• Preparing reports and statistics.
