Students Affairs Unit
Vision:
The Student Affairs Unit at the college aims to support and assist students, identify their problems, work to solve them, and overcome the difficulties related to their academic affairs during their educational journey at the college.
Mission:
Providing the appropriate academic climate and services for the college students under the executive regulations and rules of studying and tests contained in the system of the Higher Education Council and the executive regulations of King Saud University and leading in the quality and accuracy of the services provided and obtaining student satisfaction and continuous development to raise and develop these services.
Objectives:
Developing students' talents and raising their abilities, for distinguished educational achievement, and participating in activities, by helping them to create a distinguished and stimulating academic environment.
Forming a balanced personality for male and female students that preserves their identity, affiliation and national constants and adheres to the teachings of the Islamic religion.
Promoting a culture of communication, dialogue, learning, competition, and creativity.
Participating in caring for outstanding students with special needs, community service, and providing students with social, psychological, and educational assistance and guidance.
Developing and strengthening the spirit of collective discipline and adherence to norms and regulations.
Tasks:
Developing and announcing a registration plan for students at the beginning of each semester.
Addressing the different registration problems students may face throughout the semester.
Entering the study schedules on the registration system after receiving them from the program coordinators, reviewing them, informing the coordinator of any remarks that may appear while entering the schedules, and coordinating to resolve these remarks in the student's interest.
Linking lecturers to courses.
Providing appropriate class rooms for lectures.
Fixing classrooms for the final exams.
Studying the applications of male and female students submitted through the portal.
Mentoring students on the services of the portal.
