The Russian Language Program:
The Russian language descends( that has branched from the Slavic tribes in the Balkans ) from the Slavic origin relative to the Slavic tribes in the Balkans, and it is one of the languages adopted in the United Nations and international forums. It is spoken by more than two hundred million Russians, and about one hundred and fifty million in the European and Asian republics that were within the former Soviet Union, which collapsed in 1991. It is also the first foreign language in eight former Soviet republics. Its importance also comes(stems) from the value that Russia represents globally( stems from Russia’s global prominence), its active role in global politics, its weight in industrial and technical fields, and its relations with Arab countries. Learning the Russian language would support economic ties and the exchange of industrial experiences between Saudi Arabia and Russia and correct and purify the Islamic doctrine of the people of the new Islamic countries ???– independent of the former Soviet Union – that played a significant role in Islamic culture and science in the past.
