• Reviewing the structure of study plans regarding credit hours, course sequencing, and graduation requirements.

• Ensuring the clarity of core study plan components (courses, requirements, and distribution of credit hours).

• Standardizing the approved study plan templates used in the college.

• Preparing reports related to study plans and submitting them to the relevant authorities.

• Following up on the completion of feedback/notes provided by academic departments regarding study plans.
